Do you make to order?

Yes, everything I bake and decorate is made to order. I use only the freshest ingredients, including free range eggs and pure vanilla extract.

 

How many cupcakes can I order?

​A minimum order of 12 cupcakes per flavour is required. 

 

Do you have other flavours available?

I am always trying out new flavours to add to the menu, so if you have a flavour preference, let me know.

 

Do you do Gluten/egg/dairy free etc?

At this stage I do not. Everything that is prepared in the kitchen may contain traces of nuts, and usually will contain gluten, egg, and dairy unless stated. For more information email hellofrostingcakery@gmail.com

 

I am wanting something that isn't on your website, Can you do it?

I am always up for a challenge so if you have something specific in mind email me details, and if possible, attach a photo of your idea and I can give you a quote.

 

Do you do tiered cakes?

Yes I do. Email us with the details and any pictures, and I can give you a quote.

Can I send you a photo of a cake and you copy it exactly?
You are more than welcome to send through photos of cakes/cupcakes etc for inspiration. I will however not copy a design exactly, and will always put my own spin on my creations. We can talk over what this exactly means depending on the cake.

Do you work with fondant?

While it can look amazing, and there are some talented cakers out there who work with fondant, I personally don't like fondant, to eat or to work with. I work with american buttercream, swiss meringue buttercream and chocolate/white chocolate ganache.

 

How do I order?

The easiest way is to send me an email via hellofrostingcakery@gmail.com or call me on 0415 153 552. You can also fill out the contact form and I will reply within 48 hours.

 

When should I place my order?

I require a minimum of 48 hours for your order. As much notice as possible is advised, as your cake/cupcakes are baked and decorated to order. For larger orders such as wedding cakes, I require at least one months notice.

 

Do you require a deposit?

Yes. In order to secure your order I require a $50 non refundable deposit at the time of confirming your booking. This comes of the total of your order, and the remaining balance needs to be paid a week prior to pickup/delivery of your cake.

 

How do I pay?

I accept bank deposits, cash, or you can pay via PayPal (there is a 5% surcharge for this). All payment details are on your invoice once you have made your order.

 

Do you deliver?

I am based on the beautiful Sunshine Coast, Queensland. I can deliver across the Sunshine Coast area, but this will incur a delivery charge. Send me an email for a quote.

I have sent through an order, now what?

I will be in touch with you within 48 hours of your order being received to check any necessary details and supply the invoice & payment details. Once your payment/deposit has been received a confirmation email will be sent.

Do you supply wholesale products to cafes?

Yes I do! Send me an email and I can send you through our Wholesale price list. 

I feel like a sweet treat now, where can I find Frosting Cakery products?

All of our goods are baked to order, but if you let your local cafe know about our deliciousness, they can contact me about any of our baking!!
Or you can order your very own Chocolate Brownie premix to bake in the comfort of your own home.
